TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING POLICY- Their will be a $20.00 deposit required to confirm your appointment (this deposit will go towards your total service fee). Deposits are due at the time of booking your appointment. All of our Services require a $20.00 deposit on the booking site.

LATE POLICY- Their will be a $20.00 late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are more that 30 minutes late to your appointment, it could potentially be cancelled if you're effecting another's client's appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY- Their is a $20.00 cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your appointment  out of the 48 hours grace period. A call/no show will be seen as a cancellation.

OUR FEES- WE CHARGE A SERVICE FEE FOR ALL OF OUR EXPEDITED CONCIERGE DMV SERVICES. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR SERVICE FEE IN ADDITION TO THE DMV STATE REGISTRATION FEES. OUR SERVICE FEE OFFERS YOU EXPEDITED CONCIERGE DMV SERVICES. OUR KNOWLEDGE OF NCDMV REGULATIONS AND RULES GUARANTEES YOUR TAG/TITLE WILL BE HANDLED WITHOUT ANY HASSLE OF ANY DELAYS MISSING DOCUMENTATION MAY CAUSE. EZ AUTO TITLES AND TAGS' GUARANTEE'S YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO STEP FOOT IN THE DMV EVER AGAIN.

REFUND- NO REFUNDS ON OUR SERVICE FEE, DMV STATE REGISTRATION FEES, OR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES.
